Hi, I’m Alison

As an SVP Creative Director, I love the challenge of bringing words together in a simple and compelling way to tell a complex story. Originally from St. Louis, I’m a graduate of the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and the Creative Circus in Atlanta. With more than 20 years experience in the advertising industry, I’ve worked on a variety of clients from B2B to healthcare, from retail giants to utility providers and almost everything in between.

I don’t have any pets, plants or kids—but I do have a second career as an author. My publishing career started two weeks into the pandemic which has made things…interesting! I have two solo novels, YOU AND ME AND US and LITTLE PIECES OF ME, which were both published by William Morrow, an imprint of HarperCollins. I also teamed up with one of my best friends to write under the pen name Ali (me) Brady (her). We have four books with Berkley, an imprint of Penguin Random House. THE BEACH TRAP and THE COMEBACK SUMMER, UNTIL NEXT SUMMER and BATTLE OF THE BOOKSTORES—which has spent four weeks on the USA Today Bestseller list!

I’m also the founder and co-President of The Artists Against Antisemitism. What started as a support group for 33 Jewish authors in the wake of October 7th has grown into a 501(c)3 with a full board of directors and a mission of creating a brighter, kinder, more understanding future within the arts.
